The chemical company required their production and storage to be relocated from their rental premises in Pinetown to the new custom facility linked to an existing smaller plant. This project dealt with the complexities of mixing manufacturing using ultra-fine carbon black aerosols together with office and storage environments, all contained in a highly fire-protected enclosure. The scope of the brief expanded as the implementation proceeded, due to growth in the Client’s manufacturing needs.
