Commercial & Industrial

FGG’s first landmark industrial architectural project was Tongaat Hullets’s Sugar Terminal at the Durban harbour, completed in 1965. Over the years the firm has won National Awards for various industrial developments, including the Expo ’85 Suspension Bridge, the Reckitt & Coleman Pharmaceutical Factory and the Engen Refinery Control Centre (ENREF).

On the commercial property front, FGG is proud of its long standing relationship with the KEY Motor Group. Having worked together on the design of their KwaZulu-Natal showrooms and facilities since the 1970s.

Recently completed and current projects include a Chemical Distribution depot for Servochem and a mixed-use commercial, office and fuel station development, including a showroom and service facilities for John Deere.
